Materials

  • 14ply chenille yarn Himalaya Dolphin baby 100g/120m or analogue
  • Hook 3.5 mm
  • Large eye needle
  • Fiberfill
  • Scissors

ABBREVIATIONS

  • INC increase (2sc in one stitch)
  • DEC - decrease (2sc together)
  • *5 - repeat instruction 5 times
  • MR - magic ring CH - chain
  • SLST - slip stitch
  • SC single crochet

Crochet The First Part.

Crochet the first part

  • 1. 5sc in MR or ch2 and 5sc
  • in the second chain (5)
  • 2. 5inc (10)
  • 3. 10sc (10)

SLST, cut the yarn, leaving the end 10cm long.

Crochet The Second Part To Connect With The First Part

  • 1. 5sc in MR or ch2 and 5sc
  • in the second chain (5)
  • 2. 5inc (10)
  • 3. 10sc (10)
  • Crochet 2 extra sc (see photo)
  • 2 EXTRA SC

Take the first part and insert the hook into the next stitch after the slst. Work 1 sc, connecting pieces. This 1 sc will be the first stitch of the next round; mark this stitch with a marker.

  • 4. crochet 10sc on the first part (including 1sc, which connected the parts), then immediately crochet 10sc on the second part and get one common round of 20sc (20)

There is a hole between the pieces. It is necessary to sew up this hole using a needle and the yarn end that remained after crocheting the first part. Fix the end and leave it inside the heart.

  • 7. (dec, 1sc)*5 (10)
  • 8. 10sc (10)

Stuff the heart with fiberfill to the end. Cut the yarn and pull the hole with a needle. Fasten off and hide the end inside.
