Instructions:
- 1. Ch 41 (to change the width, any odd multiple will work for the cowl)
- 2. Row 1: In the third ch from the hook, work a (dc, ch 1) *Skip a ch, then work a (dc, ch 1) in the next ch. Repeat from * across, then work a dc into the last chain.
