Start with a Magic Ring:

  • Wrap yarn around two fingers to create a cross.
  • Insert your hook under the first strand and grab the second from the top.
  • Pull through and make a loop on the hook.
  • Chain 11.

First Round of Single Crochet (SC):

  • Single crochet 11 times inside the ring, counting the chain of 10 as the first stitch, for a total of 11 stitches.
  • Slip stitch to join the round.

Adjustment for Sizes:

  • For women’s sizes, chain 11-12. For men’s sizes, chain 12-13.
