The holiday season would not feel the same without a Gingerbread Man. These jolly fellows are a fun part of the celebrations. They're a tasty holiday treat and a popular decoration as well. Can you imagine making one from crochet? So, get ready because we're heading towards making a super easy and fun crochet gingerbread man following this easier pattern. You can make your own cute Gingerbread Man in the desired size and size. It will open up a plethora of imaginations for you, and I hope you'll fall in love with it.
Crochet Gingerbread Man Pattern

Materials And Tools:
- Sport yarn: Beige (I use Alize Cotton Gold 446)
- Red (I use Alize Cotton Gold 56)
- White (I use Alize Cotton Gold 55)
- Black thread to embroider the eyebrows and the mouth
- Safety eyes 7 mm
- Two little white buttons
- Crochet hook 2 mm
- Stuffing (Polyester fiber fill)
The finished toy is around 15-16 cm (6") tall using these materials.
The difficulty level of the pattern is easy to medium. In this pattern, I use US terminology.
Arms:
- Start crocheting with the beige yarn. Stuff only ⅔ of the arms.
- 1. 6 sc into a magic ring (6)
- 2. 6 inc (12)
- 3-4. 12 sc (2 rounds)
Change the yarn to red color
- 5. 12 sc
Than Change the yarn to White color
- 6. 12 sc
Change the yarn to Beige color
- 7-13. 12 sc (7 rounds)

Fasten off and cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing. Sew the arms to the body in round 17.
Legs:
Start crocheting with the beige yarn. Stuff as you go.

Change the yarn to red color

Head:
Continue crocheting with the beige color. Stuff as you go.

Insert the safety eyes between rounds 8 and 9 with 8 sc apart them. There must be 6 sc visible.

Make sure that the head is stuffed firmly. Close the opening and hide the yarn inside. Embroider the eyebrows in round 12 and the mouth in round 6 using the black thread. Using the red yarn, embroider the cheeks between rounds 6 and 7.
Body:
- 1. Crochet 6 sc more on the right leg, join the left leg and crochet 21 sc on it. Crochet 21 sc on the right leg and put the marker here (42)

Stuff the body firmly, especially in the neck. Don't cut the yarn, we will continue with the head:
Frosting:
- Crochet with the white yarn.

Make a sl st, fasten off and cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the frosting to the top of the head.
Bowtie:
Crochet with the red yarn.
- 1. Make chain 11 and crochet 10 sc on it, starting in the second chain from the hook
- 2-5. ch 1, turn, 10 sc (4 rounds)
Fasten off and cut the yarn. Hide the thread inside. Thread a needle through the bowtie. Wrap the yarn around the bowtie a few times. Tie a knot. Sew the bowtie under the head. Sew the white buttons under it.
