Steps:

1. Top Part:

Foundation Chain:

1. Start with a slipknot and chain the length needed to cover the bust, adding 3 extra chains (for slip stitches).

Row 1: Slip Stitches
2. Skip the first chain, slip stitch into the second chain from the hook, and continue slip stitches loosely to the end of the row.

3. Place a stitch marker in the very first stitch to keep track of rows.
