Zenia Flower Pattern:

Flower Part (Two Layers):

Start with a Double Circle (or Magic Ring):
Chain (CH) 1 (does not count as a stitch)
Do 9 single crochets (SC) inside the ring
Pull tight and close with a slip stitch (SL ST)

First Layer Petals (Round 2):

CH 1 (does not count as a stitch)
Work in front loops only:
Do 1 SC, then CH 8
